Lead Architect for Office Interiors

We seek a skilled Lead Architect to spearhead the design and execution of our office premises.

This role offers complete ownership of office interiors from concept to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for commercial office spaces, aligning with business goals and client needs.
  • Create detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate designs to stakeholders.
  • Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with vendors and contractors, leveraging industry knowledge to secure optimal solutions.
  • Oversee and supervise on-site execution to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution, fostering open communication and clear expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of budgets, material selection, and timelines, ensuring project deliverables align with design intent and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution, preferably in commercial interiors.
  • Prior experience in residential interiors can be an added advantage.
  • Strong design sensibility, project management, and vendor coordination skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and site supervision capabilities are necessary for success.
