Job requirements:

  • Experience in handling machine shop maintenance (grinding / turning/ machining center m/c) preferably in crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining independently.
  • Good experience in grinding machine, turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance
    • Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.
      • Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC & HMI programming.
        • Understanding of CNC parameter and will be updated in the system.
          • Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.
            • Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.
              • Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs
                • Familiar with Gantry maintenance.
                  • Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process
                    • Electrical drawing need to understand and configuration of two software/hardware
                      • Good knowledge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, power supply drives etc.
