Procurement and Sourcing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Sourcing professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in buying, creation of purchase requisitions, and management of purchase orders.

They will have excellent stakeholder management, escalation management, and performance review management skills.

Experience with supplier information monitoring and management, master data management related to procurement, and end-to-end experience in the procure-to-pay cycle is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation and automation projects for procurement, creating and managing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, researching and resolving order exceptions, and identifying potential risks and mitigating plans.

They will also be expected to establish and monitor processes for issue management, change management, and quality management, organize timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers, and prepare project status reports for senior management and customers.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently to senior management and clients, are essential.

A willingness to work in various shift timings is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review material requirements and specifications
  • Prepare and analyze bid responses
  • Release purchase orders and reconcile them
  • Resolve supplier queries and follow up on critical purchase orders
  • Maintain master data and updates
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Establish and monitor process of issue management, change management, and quality management
  • Organize timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Prepare overall project status reports
  • Drive governance calls with stakeholders
