Project Coordinator Opportunity

The successful candidate will be involved in the complete lifecycle of a project, from initial design to final delivery. They will have thorough knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and fire alarm systems, as well as plumbing and firefighting.

They will support technical design briefs, analyze designs, and coordinate with multiple vendors. Experience in sustainability and LEED concepts is also required.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, supervise, and coordinate onsite MEP construction activities. They will review, analyze, and re-design all MEP drawings and material schedules, while controlling costs and ensuring timely completion of the project.

They will co-ordinate all electro-mechanical activities with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers, and various subcontractors at site.

They will check and prepare VO negotiations with sub-contractors and clients, providing interpretations of plans, project scope, detail sheets, and specifications for MEP contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Engineering Diploma/B.E./B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
  • Relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India
  • Good technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
