Data Insights Analyst

  • About the Role: As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a key part in helping our organization stay ahead of the curve in Open Banking Analytics.
  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze API performance metrics, including response times, latency, throughput, and failure rates to ensure seamless data delivery.
  • Support incident tracking, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking for API reliability, ensuring we provide top-notch services to our clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements that enhance our service offerings.
  • Assist in building dashboards and reports to monitor API health using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Work with large datasets from API logs, transaction data, and system monitoring platforms to drive business decisions.
  • Research industry benchmarks for Open Banking API efficiency and help align internal performance metrics to optimize our processes.
  • Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives to proactively address performance issues and improve our overall efficiency.
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and business teams for continuous improvement and growth.
  • About You:
  • We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You should have a basic understanding of API architecture, data flows, and fintech operations to excel in this role.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data analysis is essential.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in performance analysis are necessary for success in this position.
  • You should be able to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams are required.
