Technical Consultant for Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for a prominent client in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing data migration and technical development for this complex project.

This is a remote contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable. The position sits within the Shared Services – Information Technology Department and reports directly to the Manager – ERP Services.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance), FBDI, ADFDI, OIC integrations, and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation across various modules, including GL/AP/AR/FA and Cash Management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Building reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Managing integration and development of both packaged and in-house systems.
  • Handling Oracle Cloud release changes and enhancements.
  • Maintaining Jira and ServiceNow user stories.
  • Working with FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs, Oracle APIs, PCS, VBCS, and OIC.
  • Managing and escalating Oracle Service Requests.

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations, specifically in Finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Oracle certification preferred).
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion modules, particularly FIN.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, scripting, and interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
