  • Identify areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues, collaborate with engagement teams to resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Develop industry expertise through ongoing research and professional development.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports and management letters.
  • Exercise professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics throughout engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with RSM audit professionals as part of a cohesive team.
  • Provide supervision and training for associates, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA certification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit-related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS, GAAP, and GAAS.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Institutions industry preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
