Job Title: Interior Designer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled interior designer who can develop conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet project requirements for aesthetics and practicality.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze user needs and participate in research, conceptualization, and development of designs.
  • He/she must be able to present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  • Collaboration with teams and coordination with other disciplines are essential.
  • The successful candidate will prepare complete construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architectural interior design, maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in architectural interior design with a good level of technical competency.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and additional tools like Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navis Works.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of textures, materials, and product selection.
  • Experience with furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Understanding of ergonomics and disability codes.
  • Skills in architectural interior lighting and sanitary fixture selection.
  • Ability to create material sample boards.

Soft Skills:

  • An enthusiastic, inventive, and imaginative mindset with positive work ethics.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for architectural interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills.
