We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as an Associate – Insurance Operations. You will play a key role in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and helping us maintain our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a meticulous and streamlined administrative service, ensuring precise management of data entry, data cleansing, and quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Execute submission logging duties with precision, while playing a pivotal role in achieving a seamless month-end close process.
  • Meticulously manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process, exhibit ability to manage change effectively self and within the team proactively.
  • Follow all policies outlined by the organisation, organize/participate in divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure on-time Weekly/Monthly reporting as required, liaise with other departments as necessary.
Desired Skills:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests, input accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take full ownership of deliverables, collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Consider broader picture, recognize importance of each process within operational framework.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
Education/Experience:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in relevant industry not mandatory.
  • Moderate to Excellent Computer skills, ability to work in MS Office systems an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, business process orientation.
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
