Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Article Assistant with a CA Inter qualification to join our team as a financial professional. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of responsibilities that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform restatement of financial statements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and work on complex financial modeling projects to support business growth.
  • Prepare Balance Sheets and handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance with accuracy.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns within set deadlines.
  • Deal with Income Tax, GST, and other Tax Authorities to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA Inter qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with accounting software like Tally and Computax to manage financial transactions effectively.
  • Strong skills in report drafting to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Good understanding of audit procedures and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and implement changes.
