Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega administration, with experience in installing and configuring application servers, databases, and middleware. They should also be familiar with the Pega Platform infrastructure and have experience implementing security measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pega Administration:
    • Install and configure application servers, databases, and middleware
    • Set up and configure the Pega Platform infrastructure
    • Implement security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Identify and resolve issues with Pega applications and infrastructure
    • Provide technical support to development teams and other stakeholders
  • Environment Management:
    • Establish and maintain production and non-production environments
    • Coordinate upgrades and patches to deployed applications
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures
    • Communicate technical information to developers, business users, and senior management
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Pega administration
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Platform infrastructure and security measures
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with environment management and deployment processes
