Program Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our organization in Delhi, India.

  • Proficient with Project Management principles and should have hands-on knowledge of running projects with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
  • Experienced in various Scrum ceremonies and executing projects in sprints.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report, and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
