Lead AI/ML Product Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative AI/ML Product Development Manager to lead our team in designing and delivering full-stack enterprise-grade AI led SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, Python, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL, NoSQL, CI/CD, Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP and experience in leading integration of ML models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pioneer AI/ML research and prototyping
  • Manage a team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers
  • Establish an environment of engineering excellence, innovation, and high accountability
  • Align development efforts with business objectives, delivery timelines, and long-term architecture goals
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong experience in AI / ML, Python, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL, NoSQL, CI/CD, Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Ability to prototype and test AI-driven features in production environments with safety and observability
  • Proven experience managing full-stack and cross-platform development teams
  • Experience delivering end-to-end products with integrated AI/ML capabilities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of Java development experience with at least 3 years in cutting-edge technologies and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor and manage a team
