- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in the space.
- 5+ years of machine learning research experience, with a strong focus on NLP and cloud computing.
- 3+ years of experience leading a machine learning team, with a proven track record of success.
- Comfortable with modern tools for building ML pipelines, including data processing, training, inference, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, with proficiency in frameworks and models such as PyTorch, TorchServe, TensorFlow, and MLflow.
