Key Role: Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contractual basis. This role offers flexibility to work across time zones.

About the Role

You will support enterprise data platform (EDP) operations across process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including platform engineering, data engineering, and vendor partners (AWS, Databricks, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
  • Support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products (AWS, Databricks, Ataccama, etc.).
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Quicksight, etc.).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.
