Job Opportunity: Experienced ASIC Test Engineers are highly sought after in the industry for their exceptional testing and verification skills.

Description: We are looking to hire a seasoned ASIC Test Engineer with expertise in developing test plans and executing them on various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of advanced tools and technologies, including SmarTest 8 and Advantest V93000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them on the Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8
  • Conduct thorough testing of various blocks/interfaces and functionality, including ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and Programming LTU chip
  • Implement process monitors (ProteanTec / Synopsys), High Voltage Stress Testing, Very Low Voltage (VLV) Testing, IO Parametric Tests, IDD testing, and Top Level Verification
  • Optimize test time, support binning, yield analysis, and debug routines (shmoo, scan diagnosis)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
