Job Description:Senior Technical Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing all aspects of the organization's marketing efforts, including our marketing database, email, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics and Insights. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting inbound campaign metrics every week, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the organization's marketing department, including marketing database, email, and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report inbound campaign metrics every week, providing actionable insights.
  • Set up, arrange, and manage international events for the BD Team.
  • Well-versed in Google Analytics and Insights, tracing the path of inbound leads and collecting relevant data.
  • Maintain regular checks on the company's website.
  • Prepare accurate reports on overall marketing campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies to improve landing pages, websites, and marketing results.
  • Work closely with the technical team to produce blogs, webinars, customer stories, and product landing pages.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft influencers for customer stories and maintain relations with customers for testimonials and post-go-live results.
  • Well-versed in MailChimp or similar tools for Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Event Marketing, and Webinars.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
  • Monitor competitors' latest publications, websites, and updates.
  • Create various kinds of collateral materials, track, and analyze metrics for success.
  • Maintain monthly press releases narrating important customer announcements, successful deployments, and win wires.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new marketing platforms.
  • Plan and manage social media platforms mainly.
  • Maintain brand visibility and image of CloudFronts through regular customer-centric updates.
  • Keep an eye on relevant Microsoft events and determine the business case for participation.
