Job Overview

The DevOps team designs, operates and scales a hybrid cloud architecture spanning multiple environments. We are passionate about building next-generation infrastructure that balances security, performance and developer velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of the end-to-end configurations, dependencies and overall characteristics of production services as accountable owner for service operations.
  • Implement best practices, challenging the status quo and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Lead incident response efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities and ensure timely identification and resolution of infrastructure issues.
  • Design for reliability and architect solutions that ensure high uptime SLA for infrastructure.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables related to technical expertise and assigned domains.
  • Collaborate with Product & Information Security teams to ensure integrity and security of infrastructure and applications.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Docker and Helm Charts.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS and Oracle).
  • Experience in scripting using programming languages like Bash, Python etc.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals.
  • A working knowledge of a backend programming language.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
