AEP Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AEP Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining CJA Connections, Data Views, and binding dimensions aligned with AEP schemas.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Configure and maintain CJA Connections, Data Views, and binding dimensions aligned with AEP schemas.
  • Create and manage calculated metrics, filters, and segments to support stakeholder reporting requirements.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for key business KPIs including funnel analysis, pathing, attribution, and retention.
  • Validate data integrity, stitching accuracy, and reporting logic by comparing against Adobe Analytics where applicable.
  • Collaborate with AEP developers and data engineers to ensure successful ingestion and data preparation.
  • Assist business users and analysts in interpreting dashboards and using CJA effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with CJA and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in configuring Data Views, calculated metrics, and Workspaces in CJA.
  • Good understanding of AA Source Connector, identity stitching, and profile merging.
  • Strong skills in data validation, segmentation, and visual storytelling through dashboards.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with AA to CJA migration tools such as Component Migration Tool.
