Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cloud architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex, large-scale cloud solutions.
  • Implement advanced DevOps practices to achieve end-to-end automation of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop robust automation scripts using Python to manage infrastructure, automate deployments, and perform operational tasks.
  • Architect, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker, and lead the operation of orchestration platforms with expertise in Amazon EKS.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming solutions using Amazon MSK or Apache Kafka.
  • Establish and enforce security best practices across all cloud environments.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in AWS Architecture, including foundational services like EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Extensive experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with a proven track record of managing production workloads on Amazon EKS.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon MSK or Apache Kafka for building data streaming platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Certifications in AWS, such as the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK stack.
  • A background in FinOps practices and cost optimization.
  • Experience with database technologies, both relational (RDS) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
