Job Title:
OpenText xPression Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented OpenText xPression developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in customer communications and document generation solutions, with expertise in enterprise-level document template design.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain templates and document workflows using OpenText xPression.
2. Integrate xPression with business systems and data sources.
3. Support end-to-end document generation and delivery processes.
4. Process business requests and customize or modify existing document templates as needed.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in templates and document production.
6. Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure quality.
7. Maintain system documentation and participate in upgrades and performance tuning.

Requirements:
1. 2-6 years of hands-on experience with OpenText xPression.
2. Experience with xDesign, xPresso for Word, and other xPression modules.
3. Expertise in enterprise-level document template design.
4. Proficiency with xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard.
5. Experience working with complex templates such as policy documents, welcome letters, insurance claims documents, and customer bills.
6. Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document generation logic.
7. Understanding of document delivery channels (print, email, etc.).
8. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
11. Familiarity with customer communication strategies and CCM best practices.
12. Experience in insurance is a plus.
13. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for document workflows.
