Project Management Role Overview:

This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects related to AI-based surveillance, computer vision, and video processing.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and delivery of these projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, data scientists, developers, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and hardware vendors to ensure aligned project execution.

Key responsibilities include preparing and managing documentation, conducting product demos and training sessions, owning and maintaining the CRM escalation matrix, and managing external vendors and procurement planning.

Additional duties involve tracking risks, budgets, deliverables, and milestones across multiple concurrent projects, staying updated with emerging trends in AI/ML, public-sector technology, infrastructure systems, and compliance standards.

Travel to client or implementation sites may be required. Experience working on government or public-sector projects, handling RFPs, bidding, and regulatory compliance is highly valued.

Desirable skills include 8+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, minimum 3 years of experience working closely with data scientists, software developers, or similar technical teams, familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, storage systems, and surveillance platforms, strong team coordination, client communication, and project tracking skills, and ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall experience managing complex technical projects in CCTV, ELV, Smart City, AI/ML, or similar domains
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working closely with data scientists, software developers, or similar technical teams
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, storage systems, and surveillance platforms (VMS, FRS, etc.)
  • Strong team coordination, client communication, and project tracking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
