Job Opportunity: Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team. As a Ruby on Rails developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails.
  • Develop interactive UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Write clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards.
  • Participate in Agile activities such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and provide mentorship to ensure quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and logging tools.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), Git workflows, and test-driven development.
