Test Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, validating large datasets, and ensuring quality across GCP-based solutions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, incorporating diverse testing methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth data validations including schema checks, completeness, integrity, and freshness assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate test cases and automation scripts using Cloud Composer (or Apache Airflow), BigQuery, and SQL.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to optimize test efficiency.
  • Identify, track, and address defects through collaborative defect triage with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless integration with product development teams.
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with expertise in GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Composer (or Apache Airflow) and BigQuery for data validation.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for testing large datasets.
  • Experience in automating test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
