We are seeking a skilled Email Creative Specialist to join our team. As an Email Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing email campaigns and ads that drive conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing mobile-first email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
  • Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
  • Creating reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
  • Suggesting improvements in visual hierarchy, layout not just executing
  • Staying updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must
  • Understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color
  • Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
  • Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics

This role is based in Bhopal and requires working from our office.
