Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building the next generation of business applications using the latest technologies.

  • Drive platform capabilities in the Digital Core for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow
  • Provide technology solutions to solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
  • Interact with key stakeholders in Operations across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform to ensure effective solution building
  • Offer technical expertise and recommendations for new software projects and initiatives to support existing applications
  • Conduct code reviews, test software, and participate in application architecture and design phases of SDLC
  • Implement operational controls and procedures to move from test to production successfully

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Java software engineer
  • Strong skills in Core Java, Collections, and 8+ years of experience. Preferred experience in Java 8 features such as Lambda Expressions, Streams etc.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration)
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming
  • Desirable experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana)
  • Desirable experience with Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript / React / Redux
  • Familiarity with CI / CD (TeamCity / Jenkins), Git / GitHub /GitLab
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
  • Proven track record in an agile SDLC in a large-scale enterprise environment
