Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled engineer to drive testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp. The ideal candidate will contribute to design, development, and validation of testability circuits, test flows, and methodologies for new products.

The successful candidate will interface with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality and reliability, and manufacturing groups to enable postsilicon HVM ramp. They will evaluate new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and work with the design, DFx, and product development teams to debug functionality and performance issues.

In this role, the engineer will perform ATE device characterization, utilize that data to define datasheet specifications, and perform yield analysis. They will collaborate with designers to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products.

The engineer will develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. They will create and test validation and production test hardware solutions, test, validate, modify, and redesign circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Master degree in Computer/ Electrical/Electronic Engineering, strong experience of ATE Test Engineering, and Technical Program management. Strong knowledge of Sort, Class, Platform manufacturing, good understanding of design, methodologies and tools is desired.
