Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead

As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's vision, executing strategies, and supporting businesses by providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives
  • Providing market analysis and research to inform business decisions
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity and success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in business stakeholder management, location strategy, seat allocation, headcount governance, and program management
  • Ability to work across wider organizations with virtual teams and across hierarchies
  • Strong expertise with collaboration tools like MS Excel pivots, macros, VBA, Confluence, and Sharepoint
  • Ability to clearly storyboard executive PowerPoint presentations
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and effectiveness under pressure; Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time-sensitive multiple requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in financial services/technology organizations/projects is preferred but not required
  • Support for agile roadmap, identifying new practices, and building new tools, capabilities, and processes to enhance operations (e.g., dashboards, automation strategies)
