Senior Business Executive Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Executive to lead our business development efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities
  • Prepare budget quotations and meet with bid management teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions to customers
  • Drive the negotiation process to secure profitable orders

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and sales support roles
  • Familiarity with customer energy landscapes and tendering processes
  • Strong commercial knowledge and ability to influence cross-functional teams
