About the Role

As a seasoned Oracle Finance professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs with a focus on industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials under their belt, along with 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, they should have working experience in any 2 of the financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expenses, Advanced Collections. Experience in implementing Leases/Assets will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Financial Solutions: Develop and implement Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead Process Design: Collaborate with client business teams to design and develop process flows and solution design documents.
  • Functional Design Integrations: Integrate third-party systems with Oracle Financials Cloud, ensuring smooth data flow and minimal disruption.
  • Test Scenarios and Data Migration: Prepare test scenarios and oversee data migration activities to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a solid understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS, MBA in Finance.
