Job Overview

The Logistics Team Lead is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth operation of our warehouse management system. This position involves overseeing the integration and troubleshooting of Manhattan Active solutions to optimize warehouse operations.

  • Technical expertise: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MA WM) and related technologies is required.
  • Design and implementation: Leading the design and implementation of technology solutions using Manhattan Active to meet business requirements.
  • Integration: Overseeing the integration of Manhattan Active with existing systems for seamless data flow and process optimization.

A strong background in technology architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with ecom domain concepts are essential. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, be proactive in learning industry trends and technologies, and possess certifications such as Proactive Manhattan Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading hands-on experience with MA WM and related technologies.
  2. Designing and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Overseeing integrations and troubleshooting issues with Manhattan Active.
  4. Providing technical expertise and guidance to development teams.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues.
