Job Description

The successful candidate will have the chance to work in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Monitoring: Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU. Monitor vital signs including heart rate, oxygen saturation, and respiratory status.
  • Clinical Support: Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical records of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
  • Family Education & Support: Provide emotional support and counseling to families of NICU patients. Educate parents on newborn care, feeding techniques, and post-discharge follow-up.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Licensing: Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council.
  • Experience: 0–3 years.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong clinical knowledge in neonatal and pediatric care.
    • Familiarity with NICU equipment and monitoring systems.
    • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
