Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of housekeeping supplies and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale or luxury brand hotel.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
