**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and payroll transactions, supporting all payroll functions, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll production.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support all payroll functions, including new hires, terminations, tax and payment election setup, ongoing and one-time earning and deduction processing, garnishment/support order processing, and other related tasks.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of payroll production, researching and adjusting wages and/or taxes as needed.
  • Accurately update the employee payroll database in compliance with financial policies and statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks on payroll data to ensure accuracy and avoid unnecessary re-work.
  • Support the delivery of payroll services to agreed timelines.
  • Support implementation of changes to policies and procedures within own area, as directed by Supervisor and Manager, Payroll, to ensure a consistent approach across the organization.
