Global Trade Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Documentation Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring seamless trade activities. Your responsibilities will include handling documentation for export and import activities, vendor negotiation, freight coordination, inventory management, and working with Excise, DGFT, and CHA for EXIM activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for export and import activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Coordinate freight and inventory management to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Work with regulatory bodies such as Excise, DGFT, and CHA to ensure EXIM activities are in compliance.
  • Provide training to employees on import processes and procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
