Job Summary

The Senior Performance Tester will play a key role in our engineering team, developing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure the stability and efficiency of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, scripting, and executing load, stress, and scalability testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintaining technical expertise in performance/load testing methodologies and staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborating effectively across multiple teams to communicate project status, progress, and key performance metrics.
  • Monitoring server metrics using APM tools and participating in continuous improvement measures to increase automation effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance testing, including 5+ years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner and other relevant protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques, and standards, as well as software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes.
  • Experience working on continuous improvement projects and in distributed delivery models is highly advantageous.
