Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads accounts to achieve client goals.

You'll analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, creating experiments to optimize performance. Tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics and other KPIs are also part of your role.

Creative ideation for ad creatives and video content is an essential aspect, as well as monitoring monthly campaign spend and planning for upcoming months.

Client calls will be led by you, presenting data insights and performance updates. Effective collaboration with team members using Slack and project management tools ensures seamless execution.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and gain exposure to the exciting growth journey of the company. You'll have the chance to move into senior roles and lead your own team as you grow with the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
