Lead Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to spearhead finance and accounting transformation initiatives.

This individual will collaborate closely with senior management and clients to establish objectives, define outcomes, and oversee the planning and execution of transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance delivery teams across various industries and geographies
  • Provide strategic support for process establishment, metrics identification, and reporting
  • Drive process improvements and ideation, leveraging automation and data analysis
  • Explore opportunities for simplification, improvement, or redesign of processes
  • Optimize processes and target operating models

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all transformation projects and meeting targets set for digital workers' improvements in KPIs and value generation for the client by analyzing end-to-end processes and upstream/downstream factors.

Requirements
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting delivery and transformation
  • Proven ability to create and develop compelling value propositions for clients
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation competence, and stakeholder management expertise
  • Ability to articulate and present complex information effectively using storytelling formats
