This role requires a skilled Marketing Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in crafting compelling brand narratives, developing marketing strategies, and managing our presence across digital and offline channels.

Main ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Storytelling
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity to engage our target audience.
  • Translate complex product and customer success stories into captivating narratives that resonate with our audience.
Marketing Content Creation
  • Create high-quality decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials that showcase our brand story.
  • Partner with customers to amplify their success stories and create impactful content that drives engagement.
Social Media Presence
  • Grow and manage our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid) to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted Ads and account-based marketing campaigns to drive conversions and establish thought leadership.
  • Promote customer stories and thought leadership across social platforms to build relationships and generate leads.
Events & Showcases
  • Drive brand presence at key industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
Outreach & Campaigns
  • Leverage automation tools to run outreach and nurture workflows that engage our target audience.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects and align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
Performance Measurement & Insights
  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives to measure impact and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to strengthen brand positioning and inform data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing. Ideal candidates possess strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills, as well as hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with an eye for detail and design, able to develop innovative marketing strategies and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
