Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure that project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring that they are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project management processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex projects and teams successfully.
