Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Oversee mechanical manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and machinery during production.
  • Spare Parts Inventory: Monitor and manage spare parts, ensuring timely procurement for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Regularly perform maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems. Identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • EHS Compliance: Maintain adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production teams during mechanical breakdowns or issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on resolutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in industrial settings.
  • Expertise in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Strong inventory management skills.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure efficient resolution of mechanical issues.
  • Good communication skills.
