Job Description: 3D Sculpting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D Sculpting Specialist to create high-quality digital sculptures, props, and environmental assets.

The role requires strong technical skills in sculpting, scan cleanup, mesh optimization, and an eye for detail.

  • Create intricate & detailed 3D models using ZBrush/industry tools.
  • Refine & optimize 3D scan data for production use.
  • Repair/reconstruct meshes & maintain dimensional accuracy.
  • Deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
Requirements

4+ years of professional 3D sculpting experience

Expertise in ZBrush + good knowledge of Maya/Blender/3ds Max

Strong understanding of topology, retopology & 3D scan cleanup

Solid artistic foundation (proportions, anatomy, textures)

Bonus: Experience with Unreal/Unity, 3D printing workflows, or traditional sculpting background.
