Job Overview:

The Design Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales and design processes of franchise owners and their teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in project management and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales funnel management
  • Overseeing the design output of 12 to 15 projects per month
  • Coordinating with partner teams to manage work output across 5 stores
  • Conducting technical interviews to hire skilled team members
  • Providing training and guidance to designers to achieve predictable sales and design outcomes
  • Managing customer relationships and experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market feedback
  • Leading the design and site delivery team to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Proficiency in technology and digital initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
