Job Title: Chief Branding Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Branding Officer to lead our brand strategy and execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy that showcases our unique value proposition and resonates with our target audience.

You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and admissions teams to create engaging content, launch impactful campaigns, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in branding, marketing, and creative leadership will help us differentiate ourselves in a competitive market and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead the development of compelling brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, communications, and admissions teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our branding efforts and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative leadership roles, preferably in education or youth-oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching new brands, including ATL/BTL and digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale impact through influencer marketing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, agency collaboration, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Experience in leading website development and digital brand platforms.
  • Exceptional creative judgment, stakeholder leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
