Job Title

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our Structured Trading team. The successful candidate will work closely with global trading desks facing dynamic markets and aggressive deadlines.

The role involves working in close tandem with global traders, developing knowledge of the relevant financial products and models developed by the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining knowledge of the relevant global financial products and models.
  • Answering client requests, including data requests and designing bespoke models.
  • Performing trade modelling, strategy selection, and performance analysis.
  • Building up infrastructure to implement new models and maintain existing infrastructure.
  • Working closely with sales, traders, and structurers to enable new trades and post-trade analysis.

Key skills required include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, ability to assess information, and willingness to learn. Self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial bias and ability to collaborate across teams will thrive in this role.
