We are seeking a skilled professional to produce high-quality, engaging animated educational videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in motion design and video content creation.
You will work closely with scriptwriters, product teams, and creative leads to develop visually compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
This role involves designing and animating explainer videos, transforming scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos, and collaborating with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating animated assets, recording or editing voiceovers, syncing audio, and applying subtle sound design. They will also maintain brand style guides, animation principles, and reusable templates.
Key tools include Adobe After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, Audacity, Descript, and experience sourcing royalty-free music. Comfort with AI voiceover tools and Blender is a plus.
Requirements & Skills- 3-6 years of experience in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production.
- A solid portfolio of 2D or motion graphic explainers, preferably in the crypto or fintech domain.
- Strong storytelling ability and comfort working with abstract concepts.
- Ability to work under creative direction while proposing improvements.
- 1-3 minute animated explainers (script-to-final with feedback cycles).
- Script-to-final output cycle (including feedback rounds).
- Social media cutdowns (10-30 seconds).
