Job Title:

Azure Data Architect
  • We are seeking a seasoned data professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines and architectures on Azure.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and growth.
  • Your expertise in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark will enable you to efficiently process and transform large datasets.
  • You will also leverage your knowledge of Delta Lake and Azure Synapse to create robust data warehouses and Lakehouse architectures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is essential, as you will need to set up and query data warehouses, integrating them with other analytics components.
  • Additionally, you will learn how to secure Microsoft Fabric data warehouses and administer the platform effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Apache Spark for data processing (Python version)
  • Understanding of Delta files and Lakehouse architecture
  • Data warehouse basic knowledge or experience
  • Hands-on skills for using Microsoft Fabric
  • Practical experience in setting up end-to-end analytics, managing Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture, using Apache Spark and Delta Lake tables, handling data ingestion with Dataflows Gen2, creating pipelines with Data Factory, and setting up data warehouses
