Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics for events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery of events.
  • Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
  • Measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
