Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced developer to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IBM Sterling File Gateway suite, including Sterling Integrator, Sterling Map Editor, Sterling File Gateway, and Sterling Secure Proxy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and improve existing integrations using Sterling Integrator, Sterling Map Editor, and Sterling File Gateway.
  2. Develop new integrations from scratch, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable integration solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on Sterling-related tasks.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and releases of Sterling products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Java and version control using GIT.
  • Understanding of file transfer protocols (FTPs/SFTP/Connect:Direct) and certificate management (TLS/SSL/OCSP).
  • Basics of deployment process Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery concepts (CI / CD) and familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins.

Awarding Certification for Cloud/Containers/Kubernetes is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and self-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
