Leading organization seeks a highly organized AV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across a region.

This role involves full project ownership, from planning and execution to final handover, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery to high technical standards.

The position may require occasional international travel for project deployment and coordination.

About the Role

As an AV Project Manager, you will lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, guaranteeing on-time, in-scope, and budget-friendly delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases. Additionally, you will monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards.
